Description
Endivie is a leaf vegetable belonging to the genus Cichorium, which includes several similar, bitter, leafed vegetables.
The smooth endive is the most important of the endives, both for quality of the product and for diffusion covering large agricultural areas in rotation with other open field herbaceous crops. It’s cultivated through the procedural guideline “Integrated Pest Management” and with organic method.
