Red lollo is a type of lettuce arrived in Campania region from North Europe about ten years, with heads of light red colour tending to green or in the form “TRIPLE RED” with a strong red colour.
It’s very low-calories and is an excellent refreshing salad.
It has a good dose of vitamins and minerals and is used for mix salads.
It’s cultivated through the procedural guideline “Integrated Production” and for fourth range.
