Oak leaf (and red)

Description

The Oak leaf is a type of lettuce. It’s arrived in Campania region from North Europe. It’s formed by heads of bright green colour, heavy, roundish, with long leaves of 10-15 centimetres.
It’s very rich of vitamins and it contributes to good functioning of the nervous system and accomplishes refreshing, emollient and purifying action. This lettuce has a sugary taste with an excellent shelf life and available in cases. It’s cultivated through the procedural guideline “Integrated Production” and with organic method for fourth range.
